Bull in the Ring
Description
A defender starts in a stance with an offensive player behind them and must hold their position for four seconds after a shot is called, using their body to initiate contact and maintain control, while the offensive player tries to maneuver for a rebound, promoting effective boxing out and rebounding techniques.
